Go on yoga adventures with fun yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques.
These classes allow kids to develop body awareness and motor coordination. We introduce children to meditation and relaxation- tools they can practice and use for their whole life.
Suitable for kids with no yoga experience.
This course consists of 8 x 30min classes each Monday morning. It is up to each family if they wish to be present for the class.
