Parents Yoga

Join Amy for a 4-week course of Mums and Bubs Yoga with non-mobile babies.   Despite being focused towards the Mother, these classes are also open to Dads, Grandmas or anyone in a caring role that find it hard to make it to a regular class.

Mothers need specific treatment when returning to exercise following the birth of a baby.  These classes are specifically devised to assist in teaching effective pranayama techniques as well as re-engaging the function of the pelvic floor.
