Learn to Meditate

Why Meditate? Meditation can reduce stress & anxiety. Increase happiness and wellbeing. Increase energy and vitality and give you the ability to experience greater focus and clarity.

Over 3 x 90min sessions you will learn a powerful yet simple to lear meditation technique that has been practised by over a hundred thousand people worldwide.

Once you have been given the technique you will undergo a 60 day challenge to implement this practice. Amy will meet with you twice in the 60 days to support and guide you through this challenge to truly transform your life.

Amy will provide you with all the support and information required to create an independent meditation practice.

By simply enrolling in this course you will receive ongoing support in maintaining your meditation practice with Amy. You will also receive access to join future courses designed to deepen your practice.

Soul Healing

In this 60-minute chakra meditation session, you will be guided to a place of stillness, channel your own innate energy to heal deep soul wounds and reconnect with your true self.
