Thai Yoga Massage for pregnancy is a specially designed sequence for mums-to-be as they experience the mental, physical and emotional demands of pregnancy. This massage technique addresses many common needs affecting pregnant women, including relief from poor sleep, posture imbalance, restless legs, pregnancy related aches and pains, as well as anxiety.

Thai Yoga Massage is received fully clothed on a large supportive mat. There are no oils or lotions used for this style of massage. Techniques are performed on client’s hands, arms, shoulders, head, face, neck, back, feet, legs, glutes and abdomen. Suggested attire for receiving your massage are comfortable, stretchy yoga tights or baggy pants and a short or long sleeved t-shirt

Pregnancy is such a special time in a woman’s life that can also full of anxiety, worry, turmoil and fear. There are so many unknowns and without the right support the fear of labour can be frightening.

These sessions are devised to prepare you for anything that may arise during the pregnancy, birthing and early parenthood stages of life. Cass will share with you techniques to empower you and allow you to feel supported in your experiences.

These sessions will include Yoga, Mindfulness, guided visualisation and self-inquiry work.
